Warranty (Defects Liability Period)
Each stairlift or platform lift we
install is supported by a 12 month parts and labour
warranty (the option of an extended warranty is also
available on most products). We also carry out a
minimum of two preventative maintenance visits within
the 12 month defects liability period.
In addition to our own factory trained
Engineers we are proud to work in partnership with
the Jackson Lift Group giving our customers access
to the largest independent lift service company in
the UK. Regional service centres and locally based
engineers mean that we are able to provide our customers
with an unrivalled service 365 days a year. We endeavour,
wherever possible, to attend to any defects within
twenty four hours of the fault being reported.
