    What colours are available?

This is something that we frequently get asked by architects, as customers want their lift to complement the existing architecture.

The good news is, we offer a variety of customisation options and many of the colours and materials can be mixed and matched to suit your customer’s preferences.

Depending on the type of lift required, and its specifications, our team will happily talk you through the available options – allowing you to feedback to clients and select the most appropriate colours and features.

How long does it take to install a platform lift?

It’s difficult to put an exact timescale on things, as it usually depends on the type of lift you choose and the complexity of the project you’re involved in.

However, we recognise the importance of project timescales and will do everything we can to accommodate you and your client’s needs.

Firstly, we will discuss your customer’s requirements in detail and determine which of our platform lifts will be best for them.

Once we know the basics, we’ll then work closely with you to create a design. If your customer is happy to proceed, all they need to do is submit planning permission or building consent. As soon as this has been granted, we can install the lift.

It’s worth noting that, if a lift is required for a new build, the earlier our team is involved, the better. This is because it allows for design considerations, meaning the lift can be installed sooner without having to knock down walls or alter the layout of the room to accommodate the lift.
